Emily in Paris follows the story of Emily Cooper, an ambitious twenty-something marketing executive from Chicago. She unexpectedly lands her dream job in Paris when her company acquires a French luxury marketing company, and she is tasked with revamping their social media strategy. Emily's new life in Paris is filled with intoxicating adventures and surprising challenges as she juggles winning over her work colleagues, making friends, and navigating new romances.
Created and written by Darren Star, who is also an executive producer along with Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, and Andrew Fleming, this romantic Netflix original series comedy stars Lily Collins, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, and more.
Season 1 premiered on October 2, 2020, with 10 episodes and is available for streaming on Netflix. On November 11, 2020, the show was renewed for a second season.
