History[]
Sylvie is a hard-as-nails woman with little patience for the American girl sent to work for her. Along with some of her colleagues, Sylvie initially disliked Emily as she didn't speak French.
Season 1[]
In Sexy or Sexist, Sylvie tells Emily that if she keeps smiling, people will think that she is stupid. When Emily reveals that she washed her hair in the bidet that morning due to her shower not working, she mocks Emily and tells her to post #badhairday on her Instagram.
In Faux Amis, Sylvie told Emily to deactivate her Instagram account because she didn't want Emily to do promotions for other companies. However, she changed her mind when their client Hästens wanted Emily to start their marketing campaign by posting a picture of her on a bed in Place Dalida on Instagram.
