Ashley Park (born 6 June 1991 in Glendale, California, USA) is an American actress who portrays Mindy Chen on Emily in Paris.
Biography[]
Park was born in Glendale, California, and grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is of Korean descent.
When she was a high school sophomore, she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and was hospitalized for eight months.

- Darren Star is a big Ashley Park fan. He saw her in Mean Girls twice when she was in the Broadway show. He tweaked the storyline of Mindy a little bit to give Ashley Park a chance to sing. He feels that it enriches and adds some layers to the character.[1]
- For the last month and a half of filming Season 1, Ashley hosted her co-stars Lucas Bravo and Samuel Arnold in her two-bedroom apartment in Paris.[2]
- One time after the three of them went to a nighttime French carnival, Ashley lost her keys in an Uber so Lucas Bravo attempted to climb into Ashley's apartment through the window, but he climbed into the wrong apartment.[2]
- Ashley has been dating her Emily in Paris co-star Paul Forman since January of 2023.
